At The Liv-N Room Lounge (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to making our website, services, and physical location accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We believe in equal access and in providing a welcoming and inclusive environment both online and in person.

We aim for our website to conform to the internationally recognized standards of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to comply with applicable state and federal laws.

• Periodically auditing our digital content and making improvements where necessary.

• Ensuring that our physical premises (our lounge) facilitate accessibility—for example, providing accessible parking spaces in compliance with Borough of Lindenwold Handicapped Parking Ordinance §220‑8, which mandates designated accessible parking spaces. eCode360

• Providing alternative formats or assistance when needed (for example, large print, verbally reading content, etc.).

• Training our team on accessibility best practices and awareness.

For our physical location in Lindenwold, NJ:

• We follow the local ordinance for accessible parking: at least 1% of parking spaces (but not less than two) must be designated for physically handicapped drivers; spaces must be located in the most accessible area near the building; minimum 12-foot width to allow wheelchair access. eCode360

• We strive to maintain accessible entrances, seating, restrooms and pathways in accordance with applicable building codes and the ADA.
