Refund Policy
At The Liv-N Room Social Club, we value your support and participation in our community. Please review our refund policy carefully before making any purchases, bookings, or deposits.

All payments made to The Liv-N Room Social Club, including but not limited to event tickets, memberships, reservations, and private bookings, are final and non-refundable.

Deposits made for event reservations, private parties, or memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Services rendered, such as event admission or membership access, are considered fulfilled once provided and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or credits.

Guests may request to reschedule an event or reservation with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability and management approval.

Failure to attend a private rental event or canceling within 24 hours of the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of the deposit or payment.

In the rare event that The Liv-N Room Social Club cancels or significantly changes an event, customers may receive a credit toward a future event or service at our discretion.
